Logging your flights

Welcome to the pilot reporting system - here you can log flight event details. Please ensure mandatory areas are completed or the report may not be processed and the hours not added to your account.  See the staff manual for information on how the ranking system works & how the number of flights you log help increase seniority.

All Flight Logs can be viewed by using the link from the Crew Lounge.

Important tips!

The ATD (Actual Departure time) for the report is always the Engine Start Time - not take off time and ATA (Actual Arrival time) is the time you shut down engines. Always use UTC time and not local times to avoid confusions with calculations. Furthermore the calculation of your report will be incorrect unless you use UTC/ZULU time in 24 hour format - and complete the departure & arrival date entry exactly as shown.

ALWAYS - MM/DD/YEAR 00:00:00 (The Month, Day then Year followed by the Hour, Minutes & Seconds)

You must log a report for every sector - ( 1 take off & 1 landing). For example, if the flight number/route you are operating has an en-route stop such you must log 2 reports.
